Spa Appointments
Appointments are essential for treatments at Senses Spa. To avoid disappointment we recommend advanced reservations to secure your preferred date and time. Confirmed bookings must be supported by a current credit card.
 

Spa Arrival
It is essential that all guests arrive at Senses Spa reception 15 minutes prior to your treatment to complete our client registration form. This gives you ample time to check and prepare for your treatment without any reduced treatment time.
 

Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to other clients, therapies must finish at their scheduled time so that we can respect our next appointment. Lateness on your part may result in a reduced treatment time at full listed price.
 

Special Considerations
Your health and comfort are important to us. Please let us know if you have any specific concerns, needs or questions. Guests who have skin sensitivities, high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctor before making an appointment at Senses Spa. Please make staff aware of any of such conditions when making your appointment.
 

General
To preserve an ambience of peace and tranquillity in an area of rest and relaxation, please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off at all times whilst in the Spa. Switching off mobile phones and other electronic devices disconnects you from the outside world if only for a few hours but it would help take your mind off worldly concerns.

Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments, alternatively swim wear may be worn. 

In your interest, it is advisable not to bring valuables with you. Senses Spa do not accept responsibility for items that may be misplaced.

A luxury robe and slippers are provided for your use while in Senses Spa. 

Minimum age to receive treatments is 16 and parental consent is required.
 

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or alter your appointment. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the treatment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booking. Likewise, no shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
