Panda Club
The Panda Club at Hotel Westport provides adventurous fun and for children aged 4 -12 years. For the most part, the Panda Club is split into two clubs, the Junior Panda Club and the Senior Panda Club. Our Fun Fellows organise age appropriate daily fun-packed activity programmes for all our little VIPs where they make lots of new friends.
The activities both indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) are run at set times each day. Details of next day events and times are posted at reception each evening so it gives families time to plan. Activities include Arts and Crafts, Painting, Story Telling, Musical Games, Fancy Dress, Swimming, Treasure Hunts, Fashion Show, Celebrity Look Alike Competition, Nail Art, Marshmallow Tower Building, Theme Parties, Various Pool Games (senior club only) Disco – Dance Competitions, Rice Crispie Bun Making, Puppet Show... The list is endless and new activities added each season.
Watch out there’s a bear about… Petie the Panda will be around the hotel to welcome you and to make sure you are having lots of fun on your holiday at Hotel Westport.
When your children are in the Club, parents can enjoy a relaxing meal in the Islands Restaurant, safe in the knowledge that your children are being well taken care of, entertained and having lots of fun with the fun fellows and the new friends they've made on holiday at Hotel Westport. Babysitters, majority of whom are babysitting in the Hotel for years, can also be reserved for children who are too young to go to the Panda Club.
The Panda Club Song
The Panda Club at Hotel Westport even have their own song, written by Petie the Panda himself especially for all the Panda Club children... Its called "Holi - Holiday". You'll be singing it all the way home!
Children's Dinner
As part of the Panda Club's organised daily activity programme, children's dinner is served between 5.15 - 6.30pm each evening. Petie the Panda also makes a special guest appearance at dinner!
Panda Club Opening Times
9.30am - 12 Noon and 4.30pm - 10pm
The Panda Club is in operation during Public Holidays/Weekends, February Mid Term, Easter, Summer, October Mid Term and after Christmas leading into the New Year.
The unique thing about Hotel Westport's children's club is that it also runs over the weekends in June - Friday's from 4.30pm and 12 noon on Sundays! and 7 DAYS A WEEK DURING JULY & AUGUST!
